The product line
of Industrias Torrents S.A. have a wide range of
the equipment -machinery- for bread manufacturing and
confectionnery, including many different models of bread
slicers, etc.
TWIN ARM KNEADERS
The twin arm kneading system is based on the imitation of
manual labour kneading: two arms finishing in a shovel
and a yoke imitate the human hands. It is a high quality
dough kneading; this kneaders achieve very good
results: dough with good oxygenation, and good
development due to good formation and elasticity of
gluten.
Technical features
- Strong bench made out of wrought iron.
- Bowl, shovel and yoke in stainless steel.
- Strongly reinforced mechanical parts; F-114 wheels;
steel drag pinion in tempered Cr-Mo, cemented and
rebored. The parts are assembled on bearings and
constanly coated with oil.
- Trasmission by pulleys and trapezoidal belts.
SPIRAL KNEADERS
Our range of models of spiral kneaders covers
different flour capacities.
Kneading is produced by a twisting part, the spiral tool,
with the help of a central dough cutting bar.
Kneading time with a spiral kneader is generally
shorter than with a twin arm kneader. The dough is more
refined, which is at the same time less oxigenated and
has less air inside than with an arms kneader.
Furthermore, a spiral kneading will result in a crumb
more yellow or cream colour. Torrents kneaders
allow to develop these qualities of the spiral kneaders
so that they get products of the best quality.
Technical features
- Bench made out of grey cast iron.
- Bowl, spiral tool and dough cutter in stainless steel.
- Models AME-50, AME-75 and AME-125 have
two separate motors, one for the bowl and one for the
spiral tool, and have reverse motion of the bowl. The
machines are assembled using the most advanced techniques
and are driven by trapezoid and toothed belts.

WITH TIPPING DEVICE
The kneader elevator with tipping device allows to
lift the kneader, by means of a hydraulic device, up to a
straight position.In this position it allows to empty the
dough out, which falls into the hopper of a dividing
machine, onto a working table or any other surface.
To do the operations easily and with the maximum
efficiency the machine has a cable push-button control.
The kneader elevator is manufactured especially for a
concrete kneader, adapted to the dimensions of the
kneader. The height of the elevator is also adapted to
the height of the surface where the dough is emptied out.
The kneader elevator is very useful to automatise the
bread making process. It is extremely more time efficient
than manual operations and makes easier the working
conditions for the user.
All the operations of lifting, emptying the dough out and
returning the kneader on to the floor take approximately
2 minutes.
AUTOMATIC WEIGHING
AND DIVIDING MACHINES
The automatic weighing and dividing machine is a
volumetric machine, ideal for an hydratation of the dough
from 50% to 65% (percentage of water in relation to
flour).
A speed variator allows to obtain a productivity from 20
to 40 pieces per minute. This productivity is multiplied
by two if the machine has 2 pistons; then they are very
useful to make small pieces with high production.
A pieces counter allows to choose the number of pieces to
get.
The machine comes with a standard hopper of 40 Kg. Bigger
hoppers are also available as an option.or 60 Kg. dough
capacity. Bigger hoppers of 80 Kg. and 150 Kg are also
available.Different options in pieces weight range are
available, depending on the piston diameter.
