We offer the service of making projects quite quickly of
intermediate proofers in several capacities and features,
depending on the needs of the customer.
Model: CE-300.
Description and features
Our model CE-300, has a capacity of
300 pieces, and the maximum weight of the pieces can be
up to 600 grams. This intermediate proofer is static
type, that means that the pieces stay always in
the same pocket.
Dynamic intermediate proofers are also
available. These other intermediate proffers have
non-stop buckets (rows), and the pieces don't stay in the
same pocket while inside the chamber.
The automatic loading device in the front of the machine CE-300
allows direct loading of the dough pieces. This
pieces come from the feeding machine (an automatic
dividing machine, for example), and are detected by an
electronic cell. As a consequence, the loading speed is
determined by the speed of the machine that feeds the
intermedate proofer.
Pockets are being loaded by one side one time and by the
other side the next time. This avoids that the dough
sticks to the pocket cloth, and also by means of a flour
dust device on the loading side.
The unloading device to the shaping machine can be either
on the left or on the right hand side.
The system of loading and unloading the intermediate
prover is very flexible, as it can be loaded to its full
capacity, that is 300 pieces, so that it is used on a
continuous way, or to 225 pieces in the case a lower
production is needed.
The small dimensions of this model (Height: 1900 mm;
Width: 1100 mm; Lenght: 2000 mm) in relation to its
capacity allow that it is delivered builded-in. Morover
the machine is on wheels, so that it can be moved easily.

MOULDING MACHINES
Torrents models of dough moulding machines fit different
requirements in moulding the dough.
F-600 dough moulding machine
The F-600 dough moulder pre-sheets and
sheets the piece of dough, and then rolls it shaping it.
The shaping process is done in a double run, and allows
to give shape to dough pieces weighing from 50 g. up to
1000 g. It can shape also to the ends of the piece.
The maximum length available of a shaped dough unit is
500 mm.
The loading speed is determined by the speed of the
machine that feeds the dough moulder.
Recommended feeding speed: up to 50 pieces/minute.
The machine has a lever to change the distance between
the sheeting cylinders, a wheel to regulate the distance
between the layers, which will allow to obtain longer or
shorter pieces, a wheel to regulate the shape of the ends
of the piece, and a device to center the dough pieces.
F-700 dough moulding machine
(French baguette moulder type)
This model makes longer pieces than the F-600. It is
vertical dough moulder, and the moulding process is made
by means of 3 pre-sheeting and sheeting cylinders, and
then with two belts moving in opposite directions and
different speeds. The pieces can be between 60-1450 g.
The maximum available length for a dough piece is 600 mm.
The loading speed is depending on the speed of the
machine or device that feeds the dough moulder.
Recommended feeding speed: up to 30 pieces/minute.
The machine has a sheeting control, to change the
separation between the sheeting cylinders, according to
the weight of the pieces to shape. There is also a length
control to regulate the final length of the dough pieces.

BREAD SLICERS
A large number of bread slicers is available in our
range, to fit any requirements related to more or less
productivity and to different types of bread.
Torrents slicers are specially well known for its
accuracy in slicing, its silent operation, for being
tough and very easy to manage.
Distinguishing features among the models
Bench/Free standing
For bench models a table of 4 legs is optional.
Slicing width
The slicing width is of 43 cm. or 54 cm., depending on
the models.
Slices width (distance between blades)
To be chosen by the customer among: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16,
18, and 20 mm.
Special witdh of 6 mm can be adapted to straight blades
slicers.
Straight blades / crossed blades
Straight blades. The standard blades, to slice all kinds
of loaves in general.
Crossed/Slanted blades. Ideal to cut soft bread, moulden
bread, even warm bread.
Manual / Semiautomatic / Automatic
Manual. The user makes the pusher of the slicer
advance by operating a lever located on one side
of the machine.
Semiautomatic. The semiautomatic slicer has a
device which allows to start the machine by
simply pushing a button; moreover a speed
regulator allows to choose the optimum speed of
the pusher, so that speed is adapted to the kind
of bread.
Automatic. Machine with two input conveyor belts,
upper and lower, with speed regulator of the
belts. It is assembled with a bag blower, to
easily pack the bread. An output conveyor belt is
an option.
Ramp (model TZ54-SC-R)
Slicer with a ramp to stock the bread, ideal to
efficiently slice moulden bread.
Moulden bread crust cutting
Cutting of the crust of the moulden bread.
Bag air-blower
A bag air-blowing device can be assembled on one side of
some models of bread slicers.
